"Just stayed here one night as part of a short visit to the Peak District. The hotel is right in the centre of the beautiful town of Bakewell, so extremely convenient. It’s a beautiful old coaching inn with loads of interesting history.
The whole experience was excellent. Lovely room with all the facilities you need and the team in the hotel were fantastic. From the friendly and welcoming check-in experience to the restaurant team, the service was excellent. I would definitely return here and I highly recommend it if you’re visiting the Peak District. "

"Stayed here during a cycling break. The staff helped me store my bicycle in a storage room so didn’t need to bring into my room. Good chat with the front room. Easy access to city centre and restaurants. Right in the middle of a cycle lane that goes around the city. Definitely worth going back to this hotel 👍"
