"staff very helpful, spa and gym a great addition Breakfast, if not booked at time of booking or check in was very expensive but in line with hotel pricing. Very close to mermaid quay where other great options were available. Parking - expensive due to location but an oversight on my part not checking this before booking. Wont put me off staying again however as hotel was exceptional with cracking views of the Bay"
