"Attractive and well equipped apartment"

"The stable was much bigger than the photos show & was veer clean & spacious with everything to hand. The owners Jan & Nick have thought of everything. The garden & woods are lovely, we were lucky to be there with the bluebells in full bloom. Enjoyed seeing all the animals including horses, rabbits, squirrels & lots of different birds. The stars are amazing when the night sky is clear. Lots of places to visit, we went to Rye, Hastings, Canterbury & Bodiam Castle."

"The Parlour is the ideal location for anyone attending a course or visiting Sarah Raven’s Perch Hill garden. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was lovely to meet Louise and her horses."

"This property exceeded all our expectations. The host Ginny was wonderful. The cottage was lovely and well decorated throughout, peaceful, beautiful surroundings, very comfortable beds, great to come home to after a busy day out. Well, kitted out kitchen. Could have stayed a lot longer. Ginny arranged some flowers for our visit on request and we were not disappointed, they were fantastic. Would definitely return."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Swallows Nest. The cottage is spacious, light and well equipped. We enjoyed the countryside, local walks and of course the swimming pool, the steam room and the lovely garden. Chris was very helpful making the booking and check-in very smooth. "The let was clinically clean and poorly designed ithe a ground floor shower room / loo accessible through the Kitchen area and lounge and with no upstairs ablution arrangement. The motor exit is EXTREMELY dangerous to the unwary and I would not return for this reason alone"

"I would highly recommend a stay in this converted Oast. My partner, our dogs and I had a lovely time. Such a nice part of Kent, we didn't want to leave! Amanda's thoughtful touches made it even more special- we had homemade bread, red currant jelly and a cake for my partners birthday along with butter and milk. "We spent 3 nights in this lovely cottage within the country Park, the cottage is incredibly well equipped in the kitchen , the views are amazing, all the way along the coast, Pett levels, Rye, Camber sands, Dungeness and in one particularly clear night France! Karen responded to queries immediately and was an excellent host. I certainly recommend this cottage."

"We were a little apprehensive, given its close proximity to Pontins and potential car-parking issues with weekend visitors to the beach.
