The hot tub wasn't working and the hot water didn't get very hot in the shower. We were told we could use hot tub(s) at sister properties but we didnt want to walk or drive to the other properties.

This was close to the lake so we could drive over and walk the dogs. It was a few minutes from town so you could go shopping and find good food. It was also clean and newly renovated.

Over all a good place. Our bathroom and bath tub was dirty our shower had no pressure or hot water when we tried to shower after swimming it was super windy a cold shower was the worst. The swimming pool was good for kids although the hot tub was super cold tried to call the office to inquire no one answered. Breakfast was ok. Check-in the gentleman gave all the information to others checking in I did not receive the same treatment. Just handed me keys. And popcorn.

Absolutely amazing ownership that provided top notch hospitality. We loved the indoor pool, jungle Jim, and fire pits. Complimentary S’mores were the sweet treat on top.

We lost two pairs of shoes in the room during our stay. One pair of new and expensive hiking boots and one pair slippers. We are pretty sure they were taken after the room keeping service. The hotel manager talked to the house keeper who didn’t admit to take them. The hotel manager didn’t do anything for this lost but just said sorry. Hope other people don’t leave any valuable items in room or find a better place to stay.

The staff was extremely helpful. One of our rooms did not have heat when we arrived and they were very quick to respond to get the heater working. They also lit a fire for us that evening so we could do smores and we played games in the breakfast area that night. The rooms while not fancy were clean and had comfortable beds and hot showers.

What I found that the property for this area is a great place to sleep. You want to come here, sleep and then do everything else some where else. The room was small but worked well, found the bathroom to be fine. I found the property to be clean and well maintained. I do recommend it. Just do not want a place that you can do much else in the room. I think for the price it is a great place.

Even when the heater didn’t work and the power went out, the staff was very accommodating and kind. Very clean and quiet facility.

Came for a wedding in the area. Location was nice but the room was very small and the bed was hard. It was hard to keep the room temperature comfortable.

This is definitely a " Don't judge a book by it's cover" property. The outside if an older looking property, but the room we had was larger than expected, had a kitchenette which wasn't even advertised. Large bathroom. Nice place, good location in proximately to restaurants and entrance to the National Park.

We had awesome time at this location. Front Desk Staff was super super kind and helpful. The Surrounding View was beautiful in town of Estes Park right below the Rocky MTN National Park. It was Quiet and Safe except sound of Elk,,, But that was music to my ears. One of the Best place to stay in Rocky Mtn National Park!

Estes Mountain Inn is amazing!
I had an amazing stay at the Estes Mountain Inn, and it was in a great location. There were also great amenities at the Estes Mountain Inn including a swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi as well as complimentary breakfast. I'd come back to the Estes Mountain Inn again in the future. I highly recommend it.

Does look like much from the street but the room was completely updated and very clean and comfortable. The common area was very convenient, open late and had all day coffee and free snacks. The grounds look like they are making improvements . Would stay again for sure.

Comfort in Estes Park
Lovely, recently renovated old motor coach. The bed was very comfortable. They offer Dish Satellite television. The only downside was the size of the sink area. It was very small.

Gap under door was about 1 inch letting cold air in easily. Electrical outlets were worn out - nothing stayed plugged in - including the TV. Toilet rocked back & forth when sitting on it. Wi-fi was very problematic. Price was $30-$60 HIGHER than the other 2 places we stayed in CO, and the facilities and breakfast didn't even come close to comparison. I can understand the price being higher due to the area, but then also include quality facilities and breakfast.
