To start with the positive, the beach itself is absolutely beautiful and is easily the highlight of the property. The entertainment team was also a bright spot-they were engaging and did a great job, especially for families. However, beyond that, the experience fell well below expectations. Service overall felt unfriendly and not guest-oriented. While there were a few exceptions, many interactions came across as dismissive rather than helpful. For example, when we asked a simple question about dinner timing to plan around our young children, the response was surprisingly rude. The dining experience was also underwhelming. Food options were very repetitive, and there did not appear to be much effort to accommodate individual needs. Additionally, there were only two restaurants on site, which made the limited and repetitive menu even more noticeable over the course of the stay. Although the beach is stunning, it was disappointing that guests had to pay extra for beach beds rather than having them included. Small details like this added up and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience.
