"Stayed at this hotel for one night after returning from a holiday. I’ll start off by saying, the staff who were actually there were amazing, and totally blameless. However, this hotel is abysmal. We arrived just as 2 busloads of French tourists were checking in. The poor receptionist was run off her feet, but stopped what she was doing to help us.
