When we arrived at the hotel they did not show our reservation in their system and did not have any rooms available comparable to the room booked. We had booked a premium king room. They put us in a penthouse suite which we originally thought was fantastic however upon arriving in the room we noticed that the room did not have any windows other than 2 skylights. It was very strange being I a room where you couldn’t look out to see what was going on around you. My husband called reception the next day to see if we could change rooms however nothing was available and the person to whom my husband spoke was rude and rather annoyed that we were even asking. After our first night we asked for a room clean and the only thing that was done was our bed was made and we had new towels. Our cups for coffee had not been cleaned, coffee was not replenished and nothing else was cleaned.
We were extremely disappointed with this hotel.
The Holiday Inn is the hotel which we usually choose when needing one and now we will definitely rethink staying in one again.
