Loads of people in the pool but no towels available- just a hamper overfull of used ones. The shuttle driver to the airport was really excellent though.

Check in process was easy, friendly staff, room was good, bed comfortable. There is noise from the highway but the room fan helped. Shuttle service to the airport reserved at check in for my early morning flight. My only complaint would be is that the bathroom shower could have been cleaned better (small mildew/mold spots near ceiling)

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and bed was fresh and comfortable. I felt safe as a single, overnight traveler needing to be at the Dayton Airport at 4:30 am. Complimentary airport shuttle worked and I was picked up at 4am. Carpeting in the hallway could use an upgrade. Price was reasonable. Would stay here again if need be.

I was looking for a hotel with a hot tub which I put in the filters when I rented. Well when I got there I was informed there is no linger a hot tub at this location so that sucked.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. The property is not right off the highway and seems a little dark at night. The room was clean and sufficient however the beds were too firm for our liking. My main complaint is that a hot tub is listed as an amenity and they do not have one. After a seven hour drive, it was something I was looking to. It was very disappointing.

Listed having a hot tub and doesn't. Only has a pool. Also hard to get in with a pickup and trailer. But awesome room and very clean. Oh n paint on pool apron comes off if u touch it with a wet hand over buy lift chair

I reallly like the Hampton, the location and customer service is great; however the room could be cleaner, the walls had stains in our room, the wallpaper was peeling in the hallways, and our room wasn’t serviced during our 4 day stay at all!

It was just okay. It was convenient for the shuttle to the airport. The place seems dated. There are restaurants, but you really need to drive to them…..there is nothing within walking distance. And the restaurant choices are limited. The front desk people were friendly and nice.

Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast, glad to see turkey sausage and a waffle maker. I usually only book hotels with hot tubs, but this location is closer to my destination so I tried this for a change. Nice pool but if this had a hot tub I would book this every time (quarterly).

Great Stay Besides Unsafe Pool and Uncomfy Bed
The front desk and breakfast attendants were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. We had a room with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa and while huge, no one should be sleeping on that sofa. It was AWFUL. Even my kids could feel the bars. Like, I never expect it to be super comfy, but this was unacceptable. The queen beds were a little too firm, but okay. I did notice they don’t have the mattress zipped up in a cover and I do agree that the sheets were on the verge of coming off, but ours stayed on. The road noise rarely bothered us, you only could hear it occasionally. We never heard our neighbors, but we were there during the week. I appreciated the water dispenser and plate of cookies that was always out. The indoor pool was unsafe. The room reeked of chlorine and I wouldn’t let my kids stay long. It was so overly chlorinated that my kids’ suits smelled of chlorine the next morning after they dried. Very disappointing. Probably will stay elsewhere next time we come due to the above issues.

Will stay here again.
When visiting family in the Englewood area, we have stayed at this hotel before. We will continue to stay at this hotel. Overall, the hotel is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel floors were dirtier than I remembered before; they could use a deep vacuum. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Terrible Hotel
The shower doors were covered in black mold. Several areas of the shower were moldy also. The body wash was empty but not discovered until I’m standing in the shower wet. The toilet didn’t flush well, if at all. The king size bed had a queen size sheet that came off in the middle of the night. The mattress was stained and the breakfast served watered down juice. Terrible hotel and the front desk could have cared less.

The whole hotel needs an update. The floors, chairs, furniture are dirty, as well as the elevators. The shower doors were rusty and had mold on them. The bathroom floor was sticky. Hate the bed pillows, not comfortable at all. Breakfast was ok, the usual things. Everything is old and needs a total remodel.

Good facility conditions, spacious room and polite staff. My room lock was broken and they came quickly, opened the door and changed me to another room. Only thing to complain was the highway noise at night.
