"We stayed as a
family and enjoyed the properties facilities including pool swings and outdoor games. The Tuscan dinner was enjoyable with amazing views. Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value.
My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful."

"we would live here if we could. beautiful
family run place, far more care and attention to every little detail than you would ever expect in even the very best hotels. beautiful grounds set in vineyard and olive groves, resident animals, fantastic restaurant onsite and lovely staff. the setting is so beautiful that one afternoon we got back to our apartment to find people taking selfies with our apartment door.
our one suggestion would be to designate one of the pools as adults only as it did...

"The property is located on a hill with beautiful views and the rooms are clean and well equipped. Alexandra at the front desk was very friendly and helpfull, not walkable to groceries or restaurants. The onsite restaurant is by reservation only, we could not use it on our arrival day, however they do sell very good local wine, we soon forgot about the restaurant incident!"

"Our family of 4 were welcomed with a warm smile and lots of attentiveness from Giulia. We stayed in a cozy 2 bdr farmhouse apt equipped to cook in. We arrived by train to the station at Montelupo. Giulia recommended a few taxi drivers for us and the ones we had were so friendly. I would recommend renting a vehicle to drive to/from the property as taxi rides can be quite expensive. Giulia was fun and very knowledgeable. Always available to answer our questions and really strived to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our stay. We had a private breakfast with Giulia and Vanessa. We also did a fantastic wine tour/tasting with Giulia. One night was a magnificent dinner in town and the other was a sunset dinner in the main building. Both were excellent! This place is a hidden gem in a beautiful setting. Peaceful/serene and the best service. "
