We loved the environment. Only downfall is that the toilet is so low to the ground you have a hard time sitting down and getting up.

There was an issue with the heater… where it controls didn’t work. I had to shut it down because it got to hot in the room.

Wonderful
Had a great stay. Room was clean and bed comfy. The free breakfast was awesome! I would have requested a room away from the washer & dryer had I known they ne running it after 10:00pm.

Because my husband had a broken leg we booked a handicap accessible room. When we got there turned out that they didn't even have a room to match what was listed on your site. We tried calling hotels.com but after 15 minutes, because everyone was exhausted, we decided to settle for a regular room. When we got to the room everything felt damp. Thought it might have been because of the humidity in the area but the couple we were traveling with said there's was fine. The whole experience was disappointing.

They advertized a full free breakfast. They furnished no breakfast at all. They stated they now have an in house restaurant that sells breakfast. I feel that their prices are too high. I do not plan to stay there in the future.

Im sorry you was displeased with your stay.It's been a struggle getting all the online websites to get there info corrected for the breakfast. They had told us they fixed it. Obviously not. We will get this corrected.

Like the rooms and quietness ( usually, unless a fishing tournament is going on. What I disliked is they stopped providing free breakfast. During our week of traveling, all other Hotels had a free breakfast.

We are so sorry to hear about your experience . Our property is still serving Breakfast but is handled by a restaurant and unfortunately we are no longer able to offer a free breakfast with supplies being so difficult to get and super expensive fluctuating prices lack of good help there were too many factors involved in taking this decision . We hope you will continue to enjoy your stay here at the hotel and will give the restaurant a try for next stay.

The staff was super nice and friendly. The hotel was clean and even upon walking in had a banner about how safe and clean everything was based on Covid guidelines. Everything was great except the beds are a little to hard for my liking and the pillows they provide could be better. But that is just my opinion.

Nice night to stay in Emory Tx.
We stayed there to visit the grandbaby who lives close by. We have 2 dogs that travel with us. It was very nice, the lady at the desk put us on the 1st floor since I was unable to tell them that in reserving room. Very friendly and clean.

I didn't like breakfast hour 6 am - 9 am, should extend to 6 am -10 am. Make sure all bathrooms have plenty of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash. Thank you.

Relaxing weekend!
The stay was wonderful! We rented the king suite with jacuzzi tub. It was perfect but the remote for the tv was missing and the shampoo holder was off the wall and laud on the soap shelf. Staff at front desk was great!! The room beside us had a dog that would let himself in and out of the room. Front desk took care of that immediately.
