"Room: Decoration was good, but carpets looked very tired and require replacing immediately. The undersink cupboard door was off the hinge. We did not receive hot water on the shower. The water was lukewarm. Staff: The Check-in was smooth and the assistance helped me to pay the parking fee. Gym: we did not use it. Breakfast. This was NOT very pleasant. By the time we went at 9am, most things were gone and aad not stock. There were not enough items in the hot containers and we were not informed that they could make to order."

"There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, no extractor fan to take away smells and shower steam. There was no side table on one side of the bed, glasses of water, cups of tea, mobile phone and personal items had to placed on the floor beside the bed. Room was clean and tidy"

"We were refused service at the restaurant, when we told staff we were willing to wait they said no point you probably won’t get a table. Then we asked if we could eat in our room and they said no. Effectively giving us no food options we had to order pizza as we are unfamiliar with the area and there was nothing within walking distance."
