"Went to a concert at the Piece Hall which was a pleasant 20-30 minute walk away. Apartments were freshly decorated the week prior to us visiting, which the owners informed us and apologised for due to lingering paint smell. But this was no issue, and meant we arrived to a lovely looking apartment space. Cannot complain at all. All information was delivered in time for us to access our room. "Terrible property. I don’t understand why this is even allowed to be listed. Needs complete refurbishment. Bathroom door is broken, hot water is very very hot that you can burn your skin not temp control not suitable for a child. Lots of broken bits. Don’t even think to book this. "

"The apartment itself was very nice. Spacious in all areas. As for the cleanliness it certainly didnt looked to have been cleaned. The tv unit thick with dust, carpet not vacuumed, bath surround showing grimy residue. No brush/hoover for us to do this ourselves, and needing to purchase other cleaning products. The lack of curtains in either bedroom meant very early starts due to the light. Finally something maybe beyond your control, the almost constant exotic aroma eminating from adjacent...

"We had a very nice stay at Innovation House, we were there for the football with Turf Moor being really close. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and warm. The bathroom was nice and the shower was very good. Communication with the host was excellent. Our only criticism was there wasn’t any soap/liquid soap in the bathroom and as a result we had to use our shower gel to wash our hands."
