"Just be aware there is no fridge and no microwave in your room! We packed a cooler and brought our own food that way. They charge $50 a night for incidentals, and you can use the incidentals to pay for bar and food. Overall a nice hotel and quiet comfortable stay!"

"I had a bad experience at another hotel while visiting Chicago for a basketball tournament and thankfully was able to find another hotel quickly. Upon checking in, staff member Jared was great. He was sympathetic to what I went through at the other hotel and unexpectedly gave us an upgraded junior suite and a parking pass for our stay there at the hotel. People do not have to be kind to you and I'm extremely grateful for Jared being so kind to my family and I. The room was a total 360 from the other hotel room. It was spacious, clean, comfortable. I enjoyed our stay there and if I ever visit Chicago again, this hotel will be high on my list. "

"Food options were perfect for breakfast in the morning. Nice and fresh and constantly stocked! The beds were fairly comfortable with nice and warm sheets!! "

"The hotel was pretty good, the staff was super nice. They were super helpful and professional. They were constantly checking on me to make sure I was okay, and they asked me every morning at breakfast if I needed anything. The food was great. The only thing I didn't like about it was the location."
