You can walk to the bean, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Michigan Ave Beautiful lobby They will store luggage for free if room isn’t ready Excellent staff Complimentary waters in your room Cons - Bathroom is dated Our air conditioning didn’t seem to do much, so we were a little stuffy. Not sure if this was an “us problem” or is common for all rooms."

"I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always amazing. Clean, affordable, friendly staff and attached parking!"

"The outside area was okay. The inside was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a microwave (didn’t use) and refrigerator. Large screen tv was nice. Water pressure was just okay. Had some issues checking in because I used my initials (which is what I go by) on my reservation and my ID has my name fully written out. The front desk was not going to let me stay because of that. I had to call Hotels.com and finally they changed my reservation to state my full name. Was not off to a good start. Did have some nice restaurants near by and the lake was across the main road."

"It was a very cool pet friendly place. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need, they even left dog treats for my pups. Which they enjoyed! The place had an overall very cool vibe. My kids enjoyed the different decorations that were all over. We would definitely stay there again when we are in town."
