Super clean Rooms. Great location.

Loved our stay here, wish we’d had more time! Original and clever decor, very clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast (much better than the average hotel breakfast buffet) and dog friendly.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. Staff were exceptionally helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they quickly helped us arrange dinner somewhere nearby. We had a beautiful room overlooking the Dom. The hotel is located perfectly for the train station. Thank you to all the staff who also gave me a birthday card and cake.

Three of us shared an apartment for a trip to the Nurburg ring. We had a drive big enough for 3 cars and all of the three bedrooms we're a good size. Fantastic value for money. Will be staying here again.

Very friendly and helpul staff. Rooms are rather small and equipped in basic level, but very clean and beds are comfortable. Private parking available for guests free of charge.

A truly impressive 5***** Hotel in a small town called Bensberg, about 30 min from Cologne by Tram, (Tram Station) approximately a 5 minute walk from the Hotel. Our recent stay at the Altoff Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg was more than satisfying. Brilliant friendly English speaking staff, always with a professional attitude and accommodate your every requirement. Fantastic large luxurious rooms. This is surely a Grandhotel making your stay a truly unique experience.

Comfortable room and good facilities. Dining options a little limited especially with longer stay. Frustrating parking barrier.

The location for the conference centre is perfect

Hotel really modern and clean and the apartment was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and we had a really relaxing stay. The hotel is in a modern, fairly quiet area. The bridge to the cathedral and main town is a short walk away and the Messe/Deutz station is only a couple of minutes walk away. Great location, polite staff who all spoke very good English. lovely clean room and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed the entire day there for work purposes and can only say the food was good, the beer was good and the cocktail was great value for money. The only slight negative was that the bed was a bit firm for me and the room got quite hot in the middle of the night but that was probably due to me not turning the air conditioning up high enough. highly recommended - you will not be...
