⭐️Amazing Location!⭐️In heart of the City. 2BR & Cot. Great Airport & Rail links

This beautifully presented ground floor self contained apartment is the ideal base for visiting Edinburgh for the Festival, weekend breaks and holidays. The apartment can sleep four adults comfortably in two double bedrooms and we are also able to provide a travel cot for small children.

The apartment is in the city centre close to an array of fantastic bars and restaurants with attractions within walking distance.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment throughout their stay
Other things to note
Arrival time is usually after 3pm and departure before 11am. We do our best to accommodate guests who’d like to arrive earlier or leave later than these times. If this isn’t possible due to other bookings then you’re able to drop your bags early or leave them later in the apartment. If you’re arriving really early or leaving Edinburgh very late then there are affordable third party left luggage options which can be useful.
If you would like use of the travel cot or high chair then please provide prior notice so that we can make sure these are arranged for you. We’re happy to provide a mattress protector and sheet for the cot however once again we would be grateful for prior notice for these.

Perfect location in Old Town

This is a perfect place to stay for a holiday in Edinburgh. The location is central to everything (including ghost tours. There is a very nice pull-out couch plus two nice bedrooms.

Great location and great flat

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. It was a reasonable walk from the train station, a very short walk from the royal mile, and a ground floor flat. Overall a fabulous location. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The art on the walls was so nice. We'd highly recommend this flat.

Lovely flat in the heart of Old Town!

This vacation rental had everything we needed for a lovely stay in Edunburgh. Its very centrally located and was a short walk from the Royal Mile and many attractions in the city. If you are arriving from the train station I recommend a taxi to avoid a steep walk to the apartment with luggage.

Great location! Hidden gem!

Great location, walking distance to everything and the Edinburgh bus system makes everything extremely convenient. The appliances are a bit tricky, but the host communication is splendid and it works great once you figure it out. The windows give a cool nights breeze and you do not hear street noise. We will be back!

Amazing location on cowgate, in the centre of town. Extremely walkable. The apartment is very spacious and ground floor (no stairs!), but note steep drive/lane from cowgate. It was IMMACULATE and so tidy. Our hosts were very responsive, and left some lovely scottish treats in the apartment, which made it feel like home. Highly recommended.

Very clean accommodations . Upon arrival, we were greeted with fresh flowers and snacks. Plenty of supplies for all your needs. Finally comfortable beds!! Thank you. We only stayed 2 nights, wish it was more. So much to see and do. Wonderful location. Will book here again when I return to Edinburgh. I’m big on reading reviews but not writing them, but this one deserves 6 stars.

Great property in a great location

From the moment we started the process of booking this accommodation I knew we would be well looked after, and that was a big thing for us as we were travelling with a baby. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and put everything in place we needed. The accommodation was more than we could if asked for, and had everything we needed. Than you for the welcome gift too. The location was perfect for visiting Edinburgh, everything is in walking distance which was great for us. It would definitely be somewhere we would go back to if visiting Edinburgh again. We would highly recommend. Thank you for such a great stay.

This is a very basic 2 bedroom apartment. The bedrooms were small, but the living area was spacious enough for us. Great location in the heart of old town. A bit tricky to find….if you are driving or being driven to the property, enter Okd Fisherman Close via Cowgate, as it is the only car entry location. Also, be aware that the close this property is on is pretty steep and lengthy. However, you are right by numerous attractions including the Edinburgh castle, and lots of restaurants nearby. Location also has easy access to LNER station and bus stops.

Very nice, good location, basic apt.

The apt. is comfortable, spacious & clean. Its a basic apt. nothing fancy. A little difficult to find as most cars will not go up this street. Would have given 5 stars but the shower/tub was a hassle to operate, no good water pressure, which was disappointing after a long day of touring.

Incredible Location / Weird Shower

We were in town to attend the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. This flat was spacious and comfortable for the five of us. The location cannot be beat. We were within easy walking distance of every sight we wanted to see and so many great restaurants. The flat has every amenity you could want. We appreciated the treats - coffee, candy, soda, Prosecco! - left for us. Fast WiFi. Generally a quiet area, even with the August Fringe crowds nearby. Our only drawback was the weird electric shower. The temperature would not remain constant. It alternated between freezing and scalding.
