"Property nice, but had to give poor rating because the kitchen utensils were very sparse, we had to purchase a colander and leave it there. The only floor mop had a filthy used mopping head and the dishwasher filter was full of detritus and mold. We only discovered this after using it for a couple of cycles and the crockery came out stained. My husband then checked the filter and we were horrified at what we found and the fact that we’d eaten off the dishes that had been ‘washed’ inside it . ...

After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. "The room was good for our need and as a studio apt it was very well equipped. Bedding and towels very clean but room needed some extra cleaning in corners and shower plug and bathroom fan definitely in need of a good clean. Location very central for Ramsey but entrance their archway very tight"
