Door very difficult to open. Small bathroom with shower a bit difficult to access unless you have long legs. Mirror near toilet not easy to see. Glad I didn’t need to make up. Breakfast was a bag with croissant and porridge to mix yourself and an apple. Jam, butter orange juice also provided but juice not very nice and make your own coffee from Nescafé in room. "Many years ago, my wife and I had meals here when we lived in St Neots which were much enjoyed, but given we moved away from the area, it's been a long time. My daughter lives in St Neots again now and I needed a place to stay overnight. Having used Premier Inns generally, if the price was right, I decided to book, but was astounded to find they wanted £150 for a Tuesday night! I had noticed the extention on the Eaton Oak many times, and managed to get a room at a very reasonable price of £84...

"When you hear the expression you get what you pay for this was this hotel! Nothing drastically wrong with it but it’s dated. Bathroom was very dated. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows lovely though. Parking excellent. Room was very hot but it was during a heat wave ! If you’re looking for a cheap stay it’s perfect, if you’re looking for a luxury stay go somewhere else!"

"I paid extra for an airconditioned room however AC was not working. One of the beds was missing, there was a mattress on the floor which very dusty and not cleaned for a long time.
Wallls were stained. Windows were locked, not possible to open. it was the worst experience of a hotel. I do not recomend to anyone. I also would like a refund for this terrible service."

"Couldn't wish for a better welcome, hosts were exactly my cuppa - laid back and relaxed at all times. Looked after well before I even got to the site and enjoyed an unexpected upgrade. Very decent breakfast to set me up also. Hope to stay there again soon!"
