Top Eastbourne Seafront Hotel Reviews

OYO Devonshire Park Hotel

OYO Devonshire Park Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Had a great stay, staff really friendly and helpful room was nice and perfect for me as a solo guest. Furniture a little worn an dated and the toilet seat was quite stained and broken (the underside support bung one side of the seat). However these are quick fixes and didn't detract from the great stay i had so much so i decided to stay an extra night. Car parking was really useful and a great selection of food for breakfast and especially cooked fresh just for you. Yes its an older building but has character and the great staff throughout made my stay worthwhile. I will definitely be coming back thanks. l"

8/10 Good
"It was a nice room with a nice view of the beach, the only thing that let it down was the beds, very uncomfortable mattresses and the bathroom had a very strong sewage smell coming from the drains."

"I stayed at the Burlington Hotel over the August Bank Holiday & had a very nice room over looking the sea. The room is clean & well presented. With extra pillows, blankets an iron & a hair dryer, clean shower, basin & loo. We were impressed we had 3 mirrors. Good car park, nice helpful staff at reception in the bar & at breakfast. It's a very clean & tidy hotel It's in a great position for a walk too the beach, shopping, restaurants, cinema theatres etc."

Majestic Hotel Eastbourne by Belvilla

Majestic Hotel Eastbourne by Belvilla

8/10 Good
"It looked like it was decorated in the 1990s and probably looked fantastic back then. It was dated and shabby. There was a feel of a horror film when we arrived. However, the breakfast was tasty. Staff were really helpful although for such a large place they had few staff. It was a bit lifeless with the bar not being open, we had to have a hot drink in our room. Unfortunately, the rooms were like saunas even with opening windows. Everything was clean but a bit run down. I think the price was reasonable for the experience and location. I would book again. Cheap and cheerful."

Cavendish Hotel

Cavendish Hotel

8/10 Good
"It's a grand old building - and some of the public areas downstairs are nicely done, and look great. Big and spacious reception/foyer and bar area as well (Didn't use the restaurant). The room was a good size, and a decent price - but as wih many of these big, old properties, it's worn & tired. It was cleaned well, and plenty of space."
