This guesthouse was perfect in every way. The single room was a little on the small side, but I expected that, and it was immaculate. By which, I mean spotless and without fault. Keith, who welcomed me to the A&V was the perfect host, and when I had to be up earlier than normal for Eastbourne Extreme I was attending, he cooked breakfast earlier so I wouldn't miss out. We had an amazing stay and the hosts were very attentive from the minute we arrived to when we left and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and really clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were lovely. We will definitely visit again and this would be the only place we would stay in Eastbourne.

We loved the cleanliness of the property. The room was superb and clean with a beautiful view of the sea.

Lovely one night stay whilst visiting for the tennis. Room was spacious, clean and with comfy beds. Good WiFi. Great breakfast. Very pretty front garden with colourful flowers and B&B had been themed with tennis balls especially for the event. Being a bit further out means more walking but easily doable and it meant parking on local streets was free. Would visit again.

We had a lovely time at 17 Wilmington Square. The room was very comfortable with crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. There was a well appointed en suite and everything you could possible need for your stay, and more. Breakfasts were fresh, healthy and delicious, served by a friendly and helpful team. Highly recommended.

We have just had a two night stay at The View Hotel. Its location was fantastic for us as we were going to 2 gigs a few minutes walk away. Easy to park the car out the front in the bays (a few pounds a day). Our room was lovely, upgraded to king size and part sea view. Breakfast to die for..everything you could possibly want. My partner and I stayed at The Tiger Inn during our trek from Seaford, and it was the highlight of our trip. The inn is gorgeous. Our room was cozy and exceptionally clean. The food and breakfast the next morning were outstanding and the staff very warm and welcoming.

Everything was absolutely fantastic, couldn’t find a fault at all. Brilliant accommodation, superb food, great atmosphere, really friendly & helpful staff and a really all round first class experience. Thank you, we will be back sometime.

Could not find a fault with this hotel at all. All the staff were very polite and attentive and the breakfast was very good and set you up nicely for the day. The hotel was very close to the seafront but was situated down a side road so was very quiet at night.I will not hesitate to book The Sheldon on any future visits to Eastbourne.
