Two Day Stay .First Time.

Posted 11-May-2016
Pros: Location and old front facade. The standard of service however needs to improve dramatically.
Cons: Train your staff to a professional standard and fix rrom service menus. Insist front desk staff don't act so impatiently and help the guest.
Location: I was more interested in quality accommodation and service.
6th floor hall smelled. My room smelled stale. The wi fi was slow and would not always connect. The wi fi had to be reconnected every time I opened my lap top. Doesn't happen at other hotels. No fridge. Poor room servicing. Front desk not always helpful and only willing to do it their way.(Italian girls). Some Bar/lounge staff not trained to be attentive nor service conscious. I doubt they received any training. Pathetic room service menu. Soup or sandwiches at 12 pounds .Utter rip off.

Lovely hotel, great central location near sea

Posted 05-Apr-2016
Pros: Lovely clean and well run hotel. The service was great and it was a great location for our weekend away.
Cons: We had an issue with the room temperature which maintenance were rectifying so we moved rooms and were happy with our alternative room.
Location: The location is so central. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the centre of town . Pier is a 10 minute walk away. Beach is across the road.
The hotel is stunning and such a central location to all your needs. The hotel looks beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful and we could not be in a better place to see all the different aspects of Brighton. So accessible. Rooms were clean and tidy, we had a slight issue with the temperature in our room that the staff rectified straight away. Breakfast was great, so was the service. We love Brighton and would definately use this hotel again and recommend to our family and friends too.

Great location

We've stayed at this hotel many times. The hotel is tired but they are starting to update and redecorate, about time. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely hot (in February) and the window wouldn't stay open without the help of a plastic water bottle wedged in. The bed was quite uncomfortable and very noisy. We would probably stay there again but look forward to seeing the refurb and hopefully the rooms will also be refreshed and updated.

Great stay at Hilton. All king rooms recently refurbished, very nice. Swimming pool & spa facilities not available that day which was disappointing, this area needs refurb. Hotel staff surprised my daughter with birthday card & cake / lovely idea. Overall good quality hotel. Fab breakfast overlooking sea. Great location

Amazing quality hotel although £34 for parking for one night was a huge disappointment!
