"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。 たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。 その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。 館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。 次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

While the location isn't right in the city center, there’s a convenience store just a 3-minute drive away, and a large supermarket within a 15-minute drive, which was very convenient. It's also super convenient for driving south to the beach! As a small suggestion, replacing the cookware would give guests even more peace of mind when using it."

"We had an INCREDIBLE stay at this hotel! Highly recommend it as it was a true highlight during our 2 week stay in Japan. The view and premises are absolutely breathtaking and the staff really bends over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. We found the breakfast buffet really good with lots of options. This resort also has many good restaurants on premise with a Chinese and seafood restaurant that we really enjoyed. Some reviews have commented on staff not speaking English but we did not find this to be a problem as many staff knew basic English plus everyone had translation devices to make it seamless. We were also there when a typhoon was approaching and can’t overstate how accommodating the staff were to make sure everyone was safe and very flexible in helping guests arrange earlier departures. Highly rate this resort - 11 out of 10 stars!!"
