A bit confusing because there’s both hotel and condo buildings and also proxy to get to and from the airport so that something to be mindful of if you have no rental car. Good dining options. Rooms were clean relaxing but could’ve used a bit more closer activities. Overall good stay
This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Okinawa. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast (the Japanese style one) was amazing. It’s also only minutes away from the famous blue cave snorkeling pick-up spot. Wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again if I revisit Onna.
Wonderful and helpful staffs made our Okinawa vacation special. Restaurant Orange provided gluten free meals for us! Breakfast buffet also has many gluten free options and they were delicious!!! Our room was in Anex which has its own washing machine.
Thank you!! Room was clean and large, I loved the balcony sipping morning coffee.
We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!
The view was beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic with many options. The room was very nice. The staff was very friendly. Many walkable locations to explore.
Excellent resort - spacious rooms and excellent food options. Laurent, the waiter at the breakfast Orange restaurant was especially attentive and very helpful with information about touring Okinawa. Great service too from him and the rest of the staff.

An amazing property!!! If you are going to Okinawa this is the place to stay. The rooms are fantastic and the staff are super helpful. The views are amazing from the rooms and Onna has many great restaurants that are in walking distance. Highly recommend this place to stay.
My stay at Kafuu Hotel Okinawa was fantastic. Room is large and spotlessly clean. The Japanese breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The room offered a stunning panoramic view of the sea! I’ll definitely choose Kafuu again when I return to Okinawa.
The resort is great, beautiful scene, big room, clean environment, nice staff and the overall staying is relaxing. Unfortunately the surroundings didnt have much choice of restaurants and no convenience store downstairs, so must drive yourself at around 15 mins to find it. The resort also provides full set of kitchenwares. The parking is also free and have plenty of spaces.
Staff are nice and helpful.
Room was clear and has 2 washrooms.
Sea view is good as well.
It would be great if stay at high floor and believed the view will be much better
The hotel is quite nice, well located for beach vacation. Service is very good and there are 4 restaurants and cafes to choose from.
Room has a very good size and clean. I guess all rooms have stunning views from the sea.
The only two bad things are: swimming pool is very small with few sunbeds. Breakfast is good but no tropical fresh fruit nor fresh juices. A big disappointment when you expect good and fresh fruit in a tropical island.
Besides that everything was perfect.
Very spacious room, helpful staff (we met Michael and the French chef at the breakfast restaurant, they are really helpful and cheerful), wonderful view
Except one of the staff at the reception assumed asian (myself) should speak Mandarin, cos he only knows Japanese and Mandarin, but very little English. My husband is from England and the staff insisted to speak to me in Mandarin. I guess as a paid customer we will have to do what's convenient for the staff not the other way round right?
I hold a hk passport doesn't mean I HAVE to speak Mandarin or know this language. Never Assume, we speak Cantonese in HK.
What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to it. Love the hotel pajamas. They are so comfortable. We rented a car and had a wonderful time exploring nearby areas and driving north. Also, we could go at our own pace and not worry about getting to the tours on time and feeling rushed through our experiences. We would love to stay here again if we return to Onna City. Very clean, great customer service, great amenities, spacious accommodations.
A nice enough resort but very large and impersonal. We had a room in the annex which was enormous, luxurious and had all the amenities. Used the swimming pool on the rooftop which was great, albeit small for the size of the hotel and I can imagine at peak periods there would be not enough sun beds. The beach is over the road and is ok, more natural than manicured but no facilities. Many small pebbles and shells so best to have water shoes if swimming.
Room with big balcony facing water, short distance to beach, very good breakfast, unlimited welcome drink beside the pools, also we watched fireworks at the balcony in our room is a bonus
