Great breakfast buffet. They even had outside vendors come in. We really enjoyed most everything there. Major problem we had was the mattresses were terrible. Basically a spring frame with a half inch of material on it so you could feel the springs in it. They gotta change the mattresses. Then the a/c went out @ midnight. Didn’t have it checked since we were checking out. Also we got massages there. Different than a western massage. You keep your clothes on & they do pressure points. The bidet in bathroom was broken, while the hot water faucet was pushing out cold water. The staff were polite, professional and provided great customer service. This resort requires a little “tender loving care” (TLC). Loved their service to the max. The property is too old and needs to be refurbished. The first room they gave me was stuffy and dusty (I could not see dust in the room but i kept sneezing and started feel unwell right after entering the room). But the amazing staff was kind enough to change my room as soon as i notified them. For some reason, the taxi drivers are unable to locate the hotel when the online address is given to them.
