It's definitely a bit far from the action and that's what I was looking for. Plenty of parking if you have a car. Never tried their breakfast sice I start my day before they serve, but it definitely smells great and lots of customers. The man who received us was so kind and sweet. He really made our stay that much better since he was very understanding that we don’t speak Japanese. The room was so spacious and we had the room with the tatami mat as well.
