Staff and service were outstanding! Everyone from room service, hostesses, waitstaff to the entertainment team and concierge were very friendly and always ready to help. The resort is very beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The entertainment with nightly shows were great as well. The food quality was ok, but there were few outstanding restaurants like Chez Isabelle and The Spice Hibachi (reservation only), Aroma café (great cappuccino). The gym was very nice too. On Monday nights, they build a village by the pool area with Dominican food and music. Dont know why they don’t have a Dominican restaurant. It would definitely be better than a Mexican restaurant. The Dominican food was amazing. The overall experience was great!!!! We highly recommend the resort. Always found beach chairs and unlimited towels.. when none was available, a worker would move one for you from the pool and set you up! Very friendly staff! We arrived early and had to wait for our room, so we had lunch and relaxed. We were on the adult side, so the butler showed us to our room. I was exhausted from waiting, so it seemed to take forever as he showed us around, but after that the room was beautiful, relaxing, and we had much of what we needed. We could see the ocean from the balcony. We also overlooked the pool, so the room was nice. They have showers in the lobby but nobody told us. That should be the first thing they say when you have to wait after traveling all day. There were ice machines all throughout, though sometimes they were out of ice. But we walked down one flight and got it. If I could make any improvement, I would add water fill up stations around, and a free cup to each guest. We had to get water bottles all the time, then throw them out. The cups at the bar were also disposed. Having the option of less plastic waste would be a good improvement.
