"Very comfy spacious room, good amenities and welcoming staff. Excellent location for our visit, very close to the venue for our event. Was a bit shocked at the high cost of parking.
Would consider staying again if in York, but would maybe come by train."

"A pleasant stay here, the rooms were spotless, the beds very comfy and an easy bus ride straight into York centre.
Parking out the back, would definitely stay again"

"We only stayed at Ashbourne House for one night and it was very nice. Lovely room with a Comfortable bed, great shower and towels. Plenty if tea and coffee, and if you ran out you could get more from a dish on the landing also a sweet treat if you needed it, which I thought was a nice touch.
It was a bit away from restaurants and the main shopping but public buses stopped just down the road and was easy to catch and came regularly if you didn’t have a car.
If you did have a car there seemed...

Our family get together weekend at The Old Oak Tree was supreme!
Absolutely faultless from arriving, check-in, accommodation, welcome, rear patio/beer garden, drinks service, dinner food and service.
Breakfast was fantastic, the whole team was attentive, polite and helpful from beginning to end - a totally positive experience. The Old Oak Tree is fabulous in all departments!!

Fantastic accommodation in a perfect location. Fran & Jamie are most welcoming and attentive to all needs. Our room was spotlessly clean & tastefully furnished. There were two mince pies left in our room for us on arrival, a lovely festive gesture. Breakfast was delicious, absolutely anything you could ask for, along with freshly baked bread of which the aroma filled the Hotel first thing in the morning.
Parking was provided, and the City centre is a 10 minute walk away. We can highly recommend...

only stayed one night, friendly attentive staff, 15 minute walk to the centre for the shopping, restaurant and bar areas. We will certainly be booking again soon but next time for a 3 day break

Lovely inside, lovely host and great breakfast. Didnt like so many lights on outside the room and cushions on the bed as they are not able to be washed at 60 degrees and generally just a waste of space.

A very traditional bed and breakfast guest house. The room was excellent with probably the best hotel bed for comfort I have ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean. The breakfast was a very traditional English breakfast; cooked and served promptly with care and attention to detail. Extra toast and orange juice offered without prompting. The only ultra minor glitch was my fault - I couldn't find the wi fi code till I discovered it by the door in the room instructions notice! Doh!! One tip. If...

If you're after a comfortable stay in a clean hotel close to York town centre, this could be for you. We stopped overnight and had a very pleasant stay, in clean accomodation. The only slight disappointment was breakfast wasn't available. No big deal though and probably a result of Omicron.

The village was quiet and so pretty, the room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable, we were really well looked after and made to feel so welcome, breakfast was amazing every morning and nothing was to much trouble,
I would recommend a stay here instead of being in busy York
And the chocolate brownies they sell in the coffee shop are something special as well as their own blend of coffee

We had a lovely welcome on our arrival last Friday. We were very impressed by our room (3) which had a very high standard of decoration. Our room (superior double) had a lovely king- sized bed as well as a very comfortable large sofa. The ensuite bathroom was well thought out with thick towels and a vanity unit with a fantastic mirror. The owners have done everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are towelling robes, hairdryer ,ironing board as well as tea and...

What is the nightly rate for a guest house in Easingwold?
Rates for Easingwold guest houses vary, but travelers can find great-value prices from £52 with Expedia. A range of factors can affect nightly rates, such as the location, the breakfast offering, and the range of amenities. Travelers looking for a good deal should consider looking for a midweek stay, as weekend rates at Easingwold guest houses tend to be higher. Remember to also use our filters to sort prices from low to high.
What's the difference between a Easingwold guest house and a B&B?
A guest house in Easingwold is typically a larger establishment with more rooms, offering a more hotel-like experience, and may provide additional amenities including luxury bedding. In contrast, a B&B is usually a smaller property that focuses primarily on providing a room and breakfast. A B&B is often more personal, and breakfast is typically included as part of the stay, but other services might be more limited compared to a guest house.
