"Great hotel and staff who were super helpful, but our room had massive stains on the carpet and sofa plus room albeit clean was looking a bit tired. Also lack of sockets near beds - we don’t all use older type usb & due to security wouldn’t want too."

"Excellent customer service the rooms were very clean the only let down was the breakfast poor quality napkins also fruit and continental breakfast was very poor the English breakfast was good quality and plentiful they just have to up the other options as for the star establishment it lets it down"
