Great Spot for a Family
This was a great place for our family to stay. We wanted at least two rooms since we have a 1-year-old and don't want to be confined to a dark, quiet hotel room once she's asleep. The layout of the condo meant the baby could be sleeping while we were still up cooking, eating, or watching TV without waking her up. The location was great; it was very quick and easy to get around town. We were there once college was out so I'm not sure if it would be different during the school year, but the property was very calm and quiet with easy parking. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Durango.

Bed was very uncomfortable…
Slept with a pillow off the couch since bed pillows were rock hard and terrible. Only 4 towels so we were doing laundry daily just to have clean towels. Hoped to enjoy the jacuzzi after boarding but it was filthy and no access to turn the jets on. We won’t be staying at this property in the future…

Very Safe and cozy.
Lovely views , great to work out your legs with all the stairs. Super cozy , warm and safe . Would stay here again .

Holiday stay
Property was warm and cozy but a bit dated. Lots of steps to enter but again was all we needed. Was clean but fireplace did not work and note to management there are dead birds in it.

Trip to Durango to visit our son
So, we stayed for a weekend at this condo and we were unimpressed. The ceiling fan in the living room does not turn off. Contacted the property management company and they did respond and said they would send someone over to fix it. No one ever came and when I contacted them 8 hours later they said that the maintenance crew for this unit said the fan is broken and has already been fixed twice. Also the fireplace is not functional, the light over the stove is out, the shower has mold, etc. The response from the property company is “sorry for the inconvenience.” I would not rent any thing from this property company again.

Would Stay Again
We found this to be a good location for our activities in Durango and Pagosa Springs. The place was what we had expected, clean and basic. We couldn't figure out the heating/cooling system but were fine without it during our stay. The communication was good, with great instructions. We found an amazing restaurant down the street called Rupert's. The flights of stairs might be too much for someone with physical impairments. We would stay here again.

Great weekend in durango!!!
We visited to attend the Durango Derby mountain bike race. This property was located very close to the venue and downtown so it worked well for us. The bed wasn’t great and the there were lots of stairs but it was still nice for a reasonable price!

Great place to enjoy Durango
Beautiful unit and easy check-in. I only wish it was more central to downtown. On my next stay, I’ll rent an electric bike.
