"Chosen room was confirmed twice. Upon arrival I realised there were no entry instructions in the email. I contacted the name listed, who sent an email with instructions. I was able to enter and retrieve the room key, which did not open the door. I emailed the again. She did not reply. After searching I called the number listed. I got a cheery woman who said she would escalate my request. I said please do because I am sitting here waiting to get in. After at least 45 mins I was able to talk to...

"Lovely little apartment. Clean and comfortable. Ours overlooked the beautiful abbey. We were advised that the bed in our flat (Norwich Cathedral) was king size so were disappointed to find that it was only a double. Apart from that all was well."

"Everything was great except heating system wasn’t working or fixed while there so had to use an electric space heater which worked fine but strange for the price of the rental."

"We had a small problem on arrival ending up with a room on the top floor, this turned out to be a booking problem via home and away as the booking isn’t instant with the property. However this was soon resolved by the excellent on site staff and we had a ground floor room the next day.great place."
