"Slow check in with one staff member on the desk and a queue. All staff were polite and helpful. They seemed to do a mix of duties so the same people popped up around the hotel. Good central location. I paid for a double room on an upper floor which was nice and spacious. I was grateful for the effective heaters. Had breakfasts in house which were adequate. Good value for the tarrif charged. Publicity about the restaurant not being open for lunches and dinners was misleading., Bar meals were available. I chose to eat out"

"Right in the centre and very close to the station. We had a double room apartment and it easily accommodated 4 adults. It was very clean and well equipped if you wanted to eat in."

"Stunning apartment in a fantastic location. The on-site free parking was a great bonus especially for Dunedin! The property was clean, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Shelly the property manager was also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!"
