All beautiful original windows so no double glazing. They rattle if it’s windy! Our room got very hot even with the radiator turned off due to the old water pipes. We opened the windows and issue was largely solved. The views over Menai Strait were spectacular. The restaurant is excellent and well worth making a reservation. "This hotel has very extensive building work and has scaffolding outside the building . The pool changed room where closed and it would have been nice to have a robes. We had a room in the roof . Room was quite cold but very clean . "
