Sadly upon entering the room found towels on the bathroom floor, all clean but I think had fallen off the heated towel rail. Also found trace of dry urine on the toilet seat which had been missed. "the problem the place has is the smell from the toilet the longer you stay the more you can smell the place has got air fresheners but could do with a can air freshener you could spray the cleanliness is not great the cupboards are dirty"
