Located on the second floor of a traditional stone building, typical for the Old town, the apartment offers two bedrooms(one ensuit) both with queen size beds, two full bathrooms with shower, a well equipped kitchenette and a cozy living area. It also has two convenient work friendly spaces for all guests with work commitments during stay. From the living room window spreads a charming view over the Old town rooftops. Amenities include A/C (living room/kitchen area/one bedroom), free WiFi, flat screen TV, safety deposit box, hair dryer, iron, ironingboard, well equipped kitchen with fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, . To reach the apartment there are approximately 40 stairs from the street up to the second floor. Given its convenient location, the apartment is within a couple minutes walking distance from all historical sights such as the city walls, St. Blaise church , monasteries, Onofrio fountain, Rector's palace etc. Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, grocery stores, open market and the famous Banje beach are also within walking distance so all travelers can make the most of their time in the city when everything is within easy reach. For travelers who are looking for a more relaxing place to swim and relax under the sun, Old town port offers frequent boat line during spring and summer time to the nearby Lokrum island. Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025\. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area. Apartment Nino 3 sleeps 4 guests. \*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. All necessary amenities are well covered even including a rudimentary kitchen though the old town is really about being out in the streets. There was an issue with the invoice for the property and no one from the main office would speak to me or explain the cost discrepancy. I know it is because I paid the entire bill in euros, in line with options provided, at a time when Croatia was changing currency. This caused an issue to Hedera Estates and they were a bit faceless in dealing with matters and refused to engage with me. This will no longer be an issue now Criatia is in the euro zone. Overall, an ideal location to stay when visiting Dubrovnik. ##### Ian M. We were two couples so used both bedrooms. These bedrooms can be rented separately but work together well as one unit. Kitchen was equipped with a two burner hotplate and a microwave but worked well for us as we mostly ate out. U it was tricky to find but that is not an uncommon occurrence in Dubrovnik.
