The rooms still have keys which can be a bit fiddley to work. The rooms were very clean, a good size, the hotel was quiet. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was a bit sparse for the cost but enough there to fill you up. Close to lots of restaurants, Sunset beach and a nice walking trail. Nicely situated in the pedestrian area of Lapad which is a great location to explore. The beach is 1min away, lots of restaurants to choose from and close to public transport links. Tons of restaurants right outside, and quick walk to the beach. 10 minute taxi ride to the old town. I much rather stay at a location like Hotel Perla than in the chaos and busyness of the old town.
