Stayed two nights in may at this hotel. Excellent hotel, lovely big room, excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Located in village of Pleasanton... lovely village. First Wednesday if each month village get together... stalls, food, fun. Would highly recommend.

It is good value for money but you get what you pay for. Grab and go breakfast appears to be coffee and some breakfast bars. The shower was never really hot. It had a bit of leak so constant dripping. Parking is good and it is reasonably close to various restaurants and cafes for food.

Excellent What makes a good stay is good customer service, nice friendly staff. Staff going out of there way to do something for a customer. A lady leaving for her journey home did not hesitate to go and get us some towels for the pool. The toaster was broken one morning, a few moments later the kitchen lady put a plate of toast on our table. The coffee and hot water in the reception area was always hot and full. Rooms were big clean and well maintained, staff were helpful, breakfast was great. Good cereal collection, egg and bread.

Apart from one day failed to service the room despite our rewuest simply ignored otherwise was ok.

Mount Diablo Inn was a lovely place to stay after a lengthy journey from the U.K. Check in was quick and the staff member very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Parking is right outside the room.

Perfect location, right outside you have many choices of restaurants, mainly asian. You have a 24 hr gym and a mall behind you, close to the atm and convenience store. Clean rooms and well equipped. Beds were comfy, fyi the sofa bed is not comfortable, you need some extra duvet or layers on top. The negatives, only issue was the house cleaning is done once a week.
