We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.

The apartment was a great size and very clean. Although the restaurant was. Ring refurbished the hotel had switched one of the apartments into the dining room and breakfast was also very good.
The staff were brilliant and very helpful with anything we required.

Amazing hotel. Fabulous room. Good location. The staff were all exceptional. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance. If I had to be really picky, the wardrobe is too small & no drawers. Didn't hamper the stay & would definitely stay here again. They even left balloons on bed for my birthday 🎂

Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. The Address is the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in. It is so well maintained that it looks like it has just been built. The bedroom and bathroom were enormous. Aside from the usual facilities, there is free bottled water and an iPad in the bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom had excellent views over the Marina.

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers.
We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Our room was ready immediately so no waiting around until lunch time which is often the case in Dubai when you get the early flight in.

I loved the cleanliness and attention to details in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!
