Only issue was Room was very cold on arrival and blankets should be in rooms as overnight with the thin quilts in the bed we found to be cold during the night.

Marwell hotel is brilliantly located to walk to Marwell Zoo. I loved that there were vegan dining options and a vegan breakfast as well. The one downside for me was that the pool access required a flight of stairs and therefore not disability friendly for wheelchair users. My kids loved the bunk beds and the breakfast.

Three adults and a small Maltese Terrier with adjoining rooms for a five night stay. We found the hotel to be absolutely brilliant. Customer service was first class and could not be faulted. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean-bathroom toiletries were replaced daily. More importantly our dog was welcomed throughout the hotel which meant that we could have him with us at breakfast and supper in the bar. The...
