"We stay at the El Cortez suites. The room was clean, big, and the bed was very comfortably. The coffee station was good and the they provided water bottles. At checking Mrs.Sweet welcome us with a great smile and me us laugh. The casino staff provided great service and we got player cards. The Starbucks in the hotel was good and great to have on the morning we left. The hotel provided us with transportation to the airport and our driver told us some of Vegas stories. Overall we recommend a stay here. The hotel is just about two block away from the Fremont Street Experience and the staff was great. We will stay here again next time we are in Las Vegas. "

"I was really impressed with the convenient amenities. From online check in with key card machines, to the texting assistant. We needed a few different things for our room and after texting with our assistant about our needs, someone was up to our room within 10-15 minutes every time. Very great service! The room was mostly clean, just noticed a few things that were overlooked by housekeeping staff, nothing crazy. Our duvet was stained up and didn’t look very appeasing, but we just texted and requested a new one, and our needs were met promptly & efficiently. The only real complaints I’d have is that the air conditioner was very noisy, and sounded like it was about to give out at any time, and the towels could definitely use an upgrade, as some were fraying and very scratchy."

"The room we got was a decent size however the television would work intermittently and the toilet would make bubbling noise. But the worse part of it all was that upon checking in, the front desk asks me how many rooms did I book, I say one and then she asks if I read the fine print of Expedia when booking. I say no, she then tells me that due to how we booked with Expedia that Sahara gets to choose the room and because a convention is happening along with a festival occurring. They had no two bed rooms. She then offers a suite which came out to be roughly 1100 EXTRA but that it would provide more space however it still would only be a one bedroom situation. After declining, she tells me they have a junior suite but it’s not as big as the suite but still more space. Still a one bedroom situation. It was an extra 500(resort fees included) we take it but I think that it is insane to think that 4 adults can book a room and Sahara thinks that 4 adults could sleep in one king bed."

"Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed at this hotel as we were here for the NRL takeover in March 26. Would definitely stay there again, only gripe was that if your wanting a good nights sleep you probably won’t get one, the noise from strip is quite loud at night, but let’s face it who come to Vegas to sleep. Definitely preferred downtown to central strip. Fremont is a 2 minute walk. Night life down Fremont is superb. "
