Most staff were very friendly and helpful but came across one desk clerk that may have been having a bad day and was unfortunately very rude for no apparent reason - who knows. "The Shangri-La was amazing got our 3 night stay. The location is excellent, the hotel is beautiful and our room has a tremendous view of the Harbour. The staff were very friendly. There was a bit of construction noise during our spa treatments but everything else including our dine-in breakfast was perfect."
