Ness-side is a perfect home from home, fabulously appointed and beautifully presented. The views out across the Loch are stunning and I would quite happily have spent the day just sitting watching the world go by!! No sign of Nessie this time, I think she was on her hols!!!!

The owner of the cottage Shawna greeted us with a bright smile, what difference it makes!! The caretaker of the property (Adam I think!) was very responsive to our requirements. He guided us with information regarding the local sight seeing. The cottage was modern, spacious and well-maintained. The only thing is that, the room heating is temperamental, and needed to be attended to, time and again. Overall, 5 out of 5, for the winter season price.

The Hen House was lovely! It really was pretty, comfortable and finished to an incredibly high standard. The estate is beautiful and we happened to stay during a midsummer fair, which was fantastic. The hot tub was in dire need of a deep chemical clean. The tubes connected to the fire were leaking bits of dirt. Also the check out time being 10am is quite early when it is self catering and you’ll also need to pack a car. Overall I would highly reccomend a stay here.

Excellent stay in roomy villa with 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Ideally located within 10 mins of Inverness city centre and even closer to three excellent restaurants. Highly recommended.

Lovely, well equipped, cosy little apartment ideally located for activities on Loch Ness and beautiful walks in a variety of terrain and easy reach of Fort Augustus and Inverness, some right from the doorstep. Lots of nice welcoming touches and the owners responded quickly to request for information. Good shower over the deep bath but it’s a bit slippery and a couple of grab rails and a non slip mat would improve safety for those with mobility issues wanting to immerse themselves in a soothing...

Handy place for Inverness amenities.
