"Check in was flawless and quick. We were asked to choose our breakfast for the next morning and a time. I think this is a great process as it prevents waste. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. It was ready very quickly and cooked to perfection. Very spacious lounge available for guests. Room was very good. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for one night before a ferry to Ireland. We would definitely stay again and for a few days. "

"We had a lovely weekend at the hotel, the staff were very friendly, the evening meal and breakfast were very good. The village itself is very idyllic with some lovely walks right on the doorstep. The church is well worth a visit. Being able to take our dog Tilly with us and have her so welcomed in the hotel meant so much to us."

"What an incredible amazing venue. So quirky to be able to stay in a castle. Everything was excellent. The room spacious, very clean and with great facilities. The castle was decorated beautifully with exquisite art pieces and features. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All of the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. A lovely gesture to have an honesty bar too. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked to return next year."

"It is a very unique property with nice walking trails and gardens. Overall it wasn’t kept up well and needs a face lift and grounds keeper outside. Rooms were nice with comfortable bed and good shower. Unfortunately it is far from everything and the restaurant and bar were not open Monday night so had to drive back into town. Breakfast was good and breakfast room very nice. No air conditioning but the fan in the room was nice. "

"Cara, the manager and her staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel is central to Saint Davids, and the coasta lhiking paths. We would highly recommend booking a boat tour of the neighboring islands. We would also recommend hiking the nearby coastal path at Saint Nons, along the cliffs to the beach. They were breathtaking. "
