Overall, very nice stay! We had one of the luxury suites since we came as a family of six. There was plenty of space and the air-conditioning kept the room, nice and cool.
Outside of our room was a little unclean and the elevator is really tiny so we did end up taking the stairs quite a bit.
All the staff was extremely friendly and really worked their butts off! We had amazing service at the buffet restaurant and the La Piazza Italian restaurant. Danielle was our server at the Italian restaurant and he truly WOWed us!
The pools were a bit crowded at times, and the lounger chairs are a little dated and sagged. The gym has NO air conditioning, so plan to get sweaty.
The beach was kept clean, and our kids had an amazing time in the ocean.

Amazing Stay! Very quiet and felt like your own little oasis. Not a ton of kids (they were all at four seasons) food was awesome, staff was very attentive and accommodating!!
Only request is more cool local brands to shop at the stores! Mayb rotations of little food amnesties that come in the rooms. Thank you so much ! I’ll be back again!
Don’t miss the ceviche tostada at the pool!!!! So good

"The beach club is about 15 minutes from hotel, if you do not have your own transportation, need to take the shuttle but under reservation. The beach club is kind of small and hard to find a table or spot where to stay, Beach club food is great and helpfull staff ."
