The staff were very kind and helpful. The room is big and nice.

Everything you think a 5* hotel would have, the Langham in Sydney had. The staff were really friendly, the facilities were excellent (pool, jacuzzi), the bedrooms were exquisite and the beds/pillows were super comfy. Our beds were turned down every evening which was lovely to still see. Will stay here again in the future.

Did not really cater for evening meal very well. Felt like something they had to do but heart not real Ly in it.

Fantastic location right on the beach at Manly and close to the Corso. Rooms were spacious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who made us feel welcome.

Right on Circular Quay so a short walk for the ferries to Manly, Watkins Bay, etc The suite was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the botanical gardens. Some road noise but inaudible when door was closed. A kitchen was a nice extra and the jacuzzi in the bathroom a pleasant surprise. However the flushing of their toilet by the room next door was clearly audible.

We were welcomed by Emily at Front of House who was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really made us welcome. My only disappointment was due to booking through Expedia only 1 breakfast was included whereas if we had booked direct both guests would receive breakfast. Otherwise the stay was ideal. The area is great, 10 minute walk to most places, circular quay, the rocks, old sydney, the shopping area in Pitt Street.

Staff were friendly, very helpful and attentive. The experience surpassed expectations hence the rating provided. I was unsure of the location of the hotel, but the local amenities were great, and transport links fantastic! A walk to circular quay, via the Botanical Gardens, takes 30 minutes, or the regular (311) bus took 30 minutes but with minimal exertion!
