"Great property in a safe, family friendly location. Check in was easy. Property is clean and beds are very comfy. The only negatives are that the new carpet is very harsh on your feet, and with a shoes off rule it made walking around unbearable and there isn’t really a lounge room for TV viewing so no where for teenagers to be apart from their room, which is what we try to avoid on holidays. Otherwise it’s a great property."

"Really well located in Rose Bay, close to public transport, shops etc. but still quiet. Unfortunately, we were there end of February beginning of March and the place was way too hot, also no window nets so full of mosquitos. It was advertised with ceiling fans but there is only one in the bedroom. There were 2 Dyson tower fans that were loud and not very efficient. In the bathroom sun blast so hard as there is no blinds that your back is fried as you sit on the toilet. The air stands in the...
