"This is our 2nd timing staying in this hotel. Location is good as it’s just a short walk to Little Japan street from the hotel. "They switched our room based off our own misunderstanding without any hassle. When we needed laundry done with a quick turnaround, they got it done quicker than they promised. Every drink we got from their bar was super well done and service throughout was thoughtful and patient. It was a lovely experience."
