This was our third time at the Sincerity and, hopefully, not the last one. Hotel is well located, close to the Old Town and to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is outstanding in all departments (cleaning, reception, restaurant). This amazing hotel was the highlight of our Vietnam Stay for many reasons. My husband and I got upgraded to a nice suite that was spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable (not to mention it was quiet and located away from all the noise)! The staff were all so incredibly welcoming and hospital. When we checked in, I was feeling a bit under the weather and the kind receptionist sent ginger tea up to my room to make me feel better which I will never forget. They even helped arrange our trip to Ba Na hills very last minute when we decided to go see the Golden Bridge. The breakfast spread was awesome every morning which is a huge plus when traveling. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An! It is a must stay. Not only is this a beautiful place, but the service is absolutely impeccable! Big shoutout the Kein who made our stay magical. He always went out to make sure we were looked out for. It was also my birthday, and the staff left a birthday surprise for me in my room! The buffet breakfast is beautiful with a wide range of options. Had a massage at the spa that left me feeling so relaxed and also swam in the beautiful pool everyday! The hotel also has a shuttle to Hoi An Ancient Town and the beach that you can reserve for free which is so convenient. When you go to A Bang beach with the shuttle, you are taken to a Dolphin Beach Club where you have a private space with a lounge chair, towels and a shower. We spent our whole day there at the beautiful beach. THANK YOU Sincerity Hotel for making our stay so amazing! Shower was over bathtub and water spray was really poor. The view outside the property made it feel as though they had picked up the property and placed it in a run down area...so many dogs running around and pooing...What makes this place amazing is the staff including cleaning staff. The free transportation to the beach and to the old town was really good as were the free bicycles. Area to the side of the hotel away from it was lovely, some really nice restaurants with some absolutely lovely staff. This is a lovely hotel, slightly rundown and the wifi isn't brilliant but the hotel itself and staff are which is all you want really.
