This was our third time at the Sincerity and, hopefully, not the last one. Hotel is well located, close to the Old Town and to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is outstanding in all departments (cleaning, reception, restaurant). They have free bikes that you can use to bike into the center of Hoi An or to the beach. There are also several nice spas w/in a few blocks of the hotel. Very efficient check in. They let us check in early and strived to accommodate. They also can easy arrange you a pickup from the Da Nang Airport ($15 from airport to hotel) and a transfer from Hoi An to Hue. Not sure what star rating the hotel is but the service was what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Very warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has clearly tried their best to make guests feel comfortable. Shuttle buses, designated beach umbrella and chairs and great breakfast. I’ve read other reviews about shuttle buses being too full but we never experienced it. A special mention regarding the wonderful service we received from Flora, Snow and Win and other staff (including cleaning staff) from 30 Nov to 3 Dec who I didn’t get the names of. Not only is this a beautiful place, but the service is absolutely impeccable! Big shoutout the Kein who made our stay magical. He always went out to make sure we were looked out for. It was also my birthday, and the staff left a birthday surprise for me in my room! The buffet breakfast is beautiful with a wide range of options. Had a massage at the spa that left me feeling so relaxed and also swam in the beautiful pool everyday! The hotel also has a shuttle to Hoi An Ancient Town and the beach that you can reserve for free which is so convenient. When you go to A Bang beach with the shuttle, you are taken to a Dolphin Beach Club where you have a private space with a lounge chair, towels and a shower. We spent our whole day there at the beautiful beach. THANK YOU Sincerity Hotel for making our stay so amazing!
