All the staffs are so lovely. But if you see Jack at the bar, make sure to say hello and have a chat with him, he’s fun and awesome. Kids club was a huge letdown - zero kids and the indoor and outdoor area was dusty (literal dust on a box of toys brought out for my daughter). Babysitting through kids club was 1000vatu and staff were lovely but could have been more atmosphere there. Front staff were helpful when you made requests but could have more training in supporting patrons with activities/tours in off season and when external tours are constantly cancelled or rescheduled because of cruise ships taking all the spots.
