This is an easy recommendation - very professionally run with great staff. Excellent beds and rooms - currently renos have just about finished so all rooms are new. Central to Luganville. A really easy place to have a base for all the sightseeing and adventuring that Santo offers.

We absolutely love this place. Very well run, staff are awesome. Great base if you want to do things on Santo. Rooms tidy clean and everything worked. Small item in bathroom was repaired same day. And not terribly expensive.

Such a great stay! We were really busy on different outings throughout our time but our room was so pleasant to go back to and get the rest we needed. Very comfortable and great staff! We felt very taken care of the whole time.

great location with supemarket 2 min walk away, money exchange (western union) over the road and the market within 2km. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet with a lovely poolside setting for lunch and tea.

This is a friendly, well run, clean, quiet home away from home. Chef standard food is superb - always a great bar and restaurant experience. It’s been an absolute delight to keep returning here year after year. Locals also appreciate it as the best place in town to gather for family and work functions - this is a great tick of approval from a seasoned traveller. Business can also be conducted with good office backup from the front desk - always with a willing smile.

It was okay. Nothing to get excited about.

The hotel is basic. The main building has a nice pool (cold) and bar area. The rooms are functional but has wear and tear, and a little run down. The beds are comfortable. It was ok for the price. The area is not the best, I would recommend staying out near a beach or with a family if you want better accessible sites. The restaurant was great when you could get the options. Supply options seem to be an issues as they were out of things, sometimes almost everything. For comparison, this would be a hotel you would pay 10-20$ for in Asia.

Great staff - thank you Gaetan for the warm welcome and lovely service, and Mario for the cocktails! Rooms are freshly renovated, hot water a little temperamental - just have to be patient, food is delicious, very good wifi. The Espirtu is a nice place to stay.
