Great hotel, attention to detail inside is fabulous and friendly staff. We stayed for one night in mid September as a stop over while driving through Italy so out of both ski and summer season and there was a good choice of places to eat all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

The most wonderful and friendly hosts, the house is in a beautiful setting and we would have stayed a little longer but were compromised by the Giro d Italia passing through.

I can't think of a single fault-everything was great, really.I liked the structure of the room,where you go a few steps down to the bathroom.Breakfast was delicious and plentiful,with local produce.You have good choice of fruit/herbal teas and coffee in the room,bottles of water provided in the fridge too.

Wow what a place ! Amazing venue very clean and the staff are so helpful. Very quirky having to take 4 elevators to your room but all part of the charm. Room was spacious, clean and had everything needed, breakfast had a great selection with hot croissants. Definitely recommend

Great stay at the hotel Al Piolet, loved the furnishings and staff makes sure you had a great holiday. Rooms are not the biggest but nicely decorated and comfortable for 2 people stay.

The hotel has been recently renovated, - completely, - and it shows. Everything has been done with the highest quality in mind, to suit the first class location right next to the central square of this beautiful town. The quality of the staff and the service seems to have been renovated too, and is excellent. We had a memorable stay. I will certainly return.

Roberto really made us feel welcome and relaxed at this small and comfortable hotel. The evening meal and breakfast were great multi-course, tasty and wholesome events. This was particularly great for my wife who needs a gluten free diet and could be totally confident that this was taken seriously. The location was very good for us on the drive from Italy to the UK as it's right under Mont Blanc and just before the tunnel entrance, but in a quiet peaceful place with dramatic scenery. We stayed 3 nights to celebrate a special birthday. The staff, hotel and restaurant were first class and went out of their way to make our experience special. We took a taxi to Zermaat from a nearby town and the hotel sent a horse and carriage to collect us. The location of the hotel was fantastic for the wonderful town and for views of the Matterhorn from our room.
